It's possible that if you are congested you might feel it in your ears because nothing is draining properly. If you are having constant problems go to the doctor, having these issues all the time is not a good sign. Saline drops help moisturize and clear my nose when I congested so you could give them a try.

It's possible. The sinuses and ears are directly connected. Your best bet is to try decongestants to dry up the problem, just be careful- too much dryness can cause an overproduction of mucus and worsten the problem. Also, ear drops to prevent or treat ear canal inflamation can relieve pain and pressure.

Because your mouth, nose, and ears are connected in some way, each part affects the other. If you have a sinus infection, you will notice you have plugged ears.

You most likely have some type of sinus or ear infection, but it could leak from your nose. If you have problems like this you should see an ear, nose, throat specialist.
