Many medications used for treating people with cervical dysplasia can lead to weight gain indirectly or directly, and treatment of cervical dysplasia can lower your previous exercise level, so your lifestyle changes can also cause weight gain.

Probably not. Cervical dysplasia is an abnormality of the cervix uteri (neck of the uterus). The only thing that might be causeing weight gain is from hormonal therpy for the dysplasia that is altering your metabolism.

Cervical dysplasia is a finding of abnormal, potentially pre-cancerous cells. It can be a finding of cancer or merely a risk. It does not cause weight gain.

I don't think you can, but you should go into your doctor and ask him all the questions you have. The doctors are there to help you out. The doctor would know more about it, and how to treat you for it. You should have it checked out though now.
