Could a computer toggle a bit whilst moving at speed of light, or wouldn't it be able to compute anymore?

I know there is no computers moving at speed of light in reality.

It would not be able to compute anymore because nothing, not even electricity, moves faster than the speed of light.

A computer moving at the speed of light in a vacuum would not be affected by its speed. While we all would observe it moving that fast, the computer would be operating at a normal speed for itself. The same thing applies with people.
