You must first decide which English riding sport you want to learn - hunter-jumper, foxhunting, dressage, gaited horses, or polo. A competent instructor in that specialty is what you need, as no short summary could possibly give advice in a challenging but enjoyable skill. It is also best to have access to a horse trained in that skill.

I cannot tell you how to ride English in 20-30 words, but I can tell you to take lessons with an English instructor is the first step.

English is WAY harder than Western. I suggest you find a stable in your area that can give you beginner lessons. It takes plenty of balance and muscles.
