Yes, I can tell you how. First, you go buy a new one. Then, you unwrap the new one, remove the old one, and install the new one. Dispose of the old one and you are set.

Disconnect the water supply and drain baseboard to be replaced. Unscrew the baseboard and install the new one using screws or anchors. Reconnect water supply.
