Cost of divorce fully depends on the complexity of the situation. The more complex the case is the higher amount you have to pay. The Attorney's fees may range from $2,000-$7,500, child custody modification cost ranges from $1,250-$6000 and alimony modification cost ranges from $2,500-$6500. If you have a limited budget, then an uncontested divorce will cost around $2500.

This will run you a difference price depending on your lawyer. It's not like there is a standard retail value to this. It should start at $500 and work upward from there.

Unknown. It varies according to the amount you are fighting over, child issues and how they are fought, the amount the lawyer charges, etc. There can be no concrete answer to this question without actually talking to a lawyer. The lawyer will usually give you a lump sum figure, such as 5,000 that should cover the divorce.

It would all depend on if you had kids or not. If you had kids, then it'd average around 700 to 800 dollars. Without children, about 500-600 dollars. There could also be a 75 dollar fee for any one of the parties that would like a change in their documents. It's not cheap at all!

There is not an exact amount of how much a divorce could cost in Florida. However, Lawyer fees in Florida can start from $500.00 per hour, plus retainer fees (around $5000.00.) When children are involved, the cost could increase very quickly as both sides usually do not want to lose.

Depending on the circumstances of your marriage, the cost of a divorce will more than likely start somewhere around $700 and go upwards, not taking into account attorney fees and court costs. If your spouse is attempting to claim, property, or alimony, the cost of course significantly increases. Contacting a law firm that specializes in divorce would be advised.

You can get divorced in Florida for as little as $149. This amount will go up based on how complicated your personal situation is.
