I would recommend Vapiano. That's an Italian self-service restaurant. They have great pasta. And they cook it right in front of you. Their prices are also very good and the place itself looks very nice. And don't forget to have yummy panacotta for dessert.

I recommend Fortnum and Mason, which has the best afternoon tea. Jamie Oliver's restaurant called "Fifteen" is also a great restaurant because his food is fresh and organic.

The best cheap & fast food in London is the cornish pasty, a filled pastry with potatoes and meat and other vegetables. You can find a West Cornwall Pasty stand in Waterloo station, near the McDonalds.

There are a lot of options to choose from when you go. If you like fish and chips, which is a standard in London, The Fish Club has great options, especially if you like seafood. If you like more hip places with a different variety, besides seafood, then Hix is a good place as well, they also have a bar.
