After you have made up your flyers which should include your prices, recommendations and service offered take them around to complexes. malls, office buildings and everywhere they could use your service. Try offering some free servcie to entice customers. Post on social websites and try to advertise on radio and tv stations if possiblle. Put coupon in phone book.

You should look for business to business (B2B) network organizations - Chamber of Commerce or related organizations. Join a small business trade group. Find ONE special angle (niche) - examples: PRICE -less expensive than direct employee; BENEFIT - improve staff morale; FEAR - avoid government health violations / penalties.

First of all, if you know people personally who need an office cleaner, offer to clean their offices for free. If you do a good job, they may ask you to come back and clean their office again for pay. From that point on, they may recommend you to others.
