You can obtain student loans without a credit check through the government's student loan program. These are called federal Stafford Loans. Qualifying for these loans requires you to meet certain income restrictions, or if you are under a certain age, your parents to meet these requirements.

Stafford Loans, student loans guaranteed and subsidized/unsubsidized by the government, are not predicated on credit-worthiness. The original thinking was that most students, at the time of application, have not established credit.

Most student loan organizations will give students a loan with bad credit. But just like a normal loan, it will require a co-singer with satisfying credit. Federal Subsidized and Unsubsidized loans are included in the FAFSA (Financial Aid package). Private loans will need to be found from an outside provider.

Absolutely. Government sponsored student loans require no credit check and are available to everyone in college. These can be obtained through many different lenders and have similar pay back terms as private student loans. These are easy to apply for and funds are sent out usually through your college so you will recieve it together with federal aid.
