Try inserting another game into that slot you have bought Action Replay for. If the game works then you have a bad copy of Action Replay. Get an exchange or return it if you recently bought it. Otherwise you would need to purchase a new one.

Try restarting by holding down the a and b buttons. Turn on the ds. Hold the Start and Select button and a and b buttons. This should reset the action replay.

The Action Replay is a device that is not authorized, nor is it recommended by Nintendo. Essentially, it breaks the code of the games. It's common for the device to just stop working or even cause your DS to no longer be able to save or read saved files.

first i would take the battery out and see if there was any problems with that and if that wasn't the problem i would check and make sure that the game cartridge was fully in and finally if as else failed i would return it to the store.

Try consulting the owner's manual for the device and software, as most manuals have a troubleshooting section. If all else fails, contact Nintendo's support line.

You should reset the console and see if that fixes the problem. Complete instructions for resetting the device can be found on the manufacturer's website.

This could be for a number of reasons. Have you checked to see if it's plugged in? Does the battery have any charge left? Have you tried turning it off and on again?

This has happened to me, so I know how you feel. My recommendation? Buy the DSI action replay. It still works on previous DS models, only the software is a lot sturdier. You can also move save files to a micro sd card. But, if you're heck-bent on fixing this one, well, use bing.

Try blowing into the DS port or the cartridge. You may have to do a codelist reset. push and hold a , b buttons while turning the DS on, then push & holding start, select when you get to the safety screen, hold all 4 buttons for 10 seconds.
