Can you help me with troubleshooting Bosch washing machines?

First thing we need to know is exactly WHAT is wrong with it. Read the owner's manual again, most of them label trouble spots,and how to fix them. There is also a customer service number. I suggest you call them first before anything else.

The best way to really trouble shoot with people who either have or had a Bosch is join in on one of their forums. If I had this brand I would jump in and help you, but the best thing is get into the forum rooms and ask your questions and hopefully there is a guru there that can help.

First of all, go to the internet and check out their website for information. Then, if that doesn't work, call the number on their website. You can also surf the web for answers from other owners. Always check to see if your machine is plugged in and hasn't been jarred. Do you have an owners manual.
