Most will cause bubbles during the brak in period. If they continue try placing a small sponge in the outlet of the skimmer, this should solve the issue.

It sounds like you have some kind of hole or other tear in the line that is letting air in. Try looking at the line with a magnifying glass and see if it's repairable.

Sounds like you have too high a flow rate through the skimmer. If it's a skimmer in-line with a W/D filter you need to plumb a bypass.

Where the water is coming out of the skimmer put foam around that exit to prevent the water from bubbling to much, to reduce all the microbubbles in your tank.

That in itself is not a bad thing but it does mean that it's not set right. You need to clean the skimmer if this just started happening since your adjustments to the skimmer shouldn't change on their own. Otherwise, you need to readjust the skimmer again, also try adjusting the the water level in the tank.

If it's a skimmer in-line with a W/D filter and , you need to plumb a bypass. You can adjust the flow through the skimmer to cut the outflow of bubbles and provide the skimmer more dwell time (water to air contact) of the skimmer.
