Can you grow day lillys from seeds?

I would like to grow day lillys from seed.

Yes. You will have to access to a mature plant (or go to a nursery). When the bloom is done a seed pod will develop. When seeds are ripe and pod splits open you will have seeds to plant. They take at least a full season to grow and bloom - maybe more. Best to divide the bulbs.

You should first germinate the seeds using pete trays. After the plants reach about an inch high transport the plant to the garden.
