Can you give me some resources where I can write to get the wiring diagram for a 1993 Toyota stereo system?

First, can always write a letter directly to Toyota headquarters. Give them the year and model of the car and hopefully you will hear back. Your second option is to do a search online as there are many website databases that contain the wiring diagrams for many makes and models of cars. I found mine online for my car.

Most wiring diagrams can be found in any kind of a repair manual like chiltons or haines. I personally have the haines and have found in very helpful in the past for my electrical problems.

Repair manuals (namely Chilton's and Haynes, etc.) can be picked up at nearly any parts retailers in your area. Also, if you have a friend at a local repair facility you may be able to bribe him to print out a wiring schematic for you. As with any electrical problem, check your fuses first.
