A piece of religious jewelry or a crucifix is nice. A small book of prayers or a personalized Bible is a nice gift. Of course everyone can use money or a gift card.

One good conformation gift is a bible. There are many types of bibles. One good one is written just for teens, another has lots of sports connections. Find a bible that will have a secondary meaning to the receiver. Another good confirmation gift is a cross (necklace) or a religious medal.

A savings bond, cash or a check is always an appropriate and much-appreciated confirmation gift. A beautiful bible would also make a nice present.

It depends on how much you want to spend. Anyway it shouldn't be an ordinary gift like for birthays /Christmas, as it's once in a lifetime occasion. Maybe a watch.
