When you are looking for something that is offsets of wheels you are allowing the item to move without the wheels physically attached to each other. This item is great if you are looking to carry large loads that can be easily balanced and you are looking for a a lot of items to transport.

The distance from the centerline of the rim to the mounting face on the rim is called offset. Negative offsets push the wheels out and positive will bring them in.
