Can you give me a sample letter for an employee probation period?

I want to give my employees a 2 week probation period.

All employees will be subject to a 14 day probation period. During this time employment is at the digression of the employer the employer has the right to terminate employment for any reason without violating any federal state of local guidelines. After this period the employer will evaluate the employee for a regular position with the rights of such.

"For the first two calendar weeks of employment, new hires can be fired without cause. Newly hired employees can be let go without prior warning due to poor performance, insufficient attendance, lack of skills for the position, failure to follow instructions, or unwillingness to perform assigned tasks. Any employee found to have lied on their application will also be terminated. "
