The Santa Fe Quesadilla maker works great with smaller quantities of ingredients. If you try to add anything heavy such as steak it tends to get messy.

It is easy to handle and easy to cook. The non-stick coating helps cleaning easy. It takes less time to heat up and cook. It is the cheapest way to make Quesadillas at home.
