Can you give me a list of the battleships that were involved in World War II?

Numerous battleships of different types were involved in World War II. The following list includes some of the British ones: Royal sovereign, Royal oak, Resolution, Ramilles, Revenge, Hood, Repulse, Renown, Malaya, Barham, Queen Elizabeth, Valiant, Warspite, Nelson, Rodney, King George V, Duke of York, Anson, Howe, Prince of Wales, and Vanguard.

Some American WWII battleships: USS Arizona, USS Utah, USS Texas, USS Pensylvania, USS Arkansas, USS Iowa, USS California, USS Indiana Some German WWII battleships: SMS Schlesien, SMS Schleswig-Holstein, Bismark Some UK WWII battleships: HMS Centurion, HMS Howe, HMS Nelson, HMS Prince of Wales, HMS Queen Elizabeth, HMS Iron Duke , HMS King George V, HMS Malaya

USS Battleships Utah, Wyoming, Arkansas, New York, Texas, Nevada, Oklahoma, Pennsylvania, Arizona, Idaho, Mississippi, New Mexico, Tennessee, California, Colorado, Maryland, West Virginia, Washington, North Carolina, Massachusetts, Alabama, Indiana, South Dakota, Iowa, Missouri, New Jersey, and Wisconsin participated in WWII. The Utah, an obsolete, training ship, was sunk December 7, 1941.
