No. It is really true what they say, that death and taxes are the two aure things in life. You can't file bankruptcy against the government.

No. Any money that you owe the United States government cannot be excused or gotten rid of. However, sometimes there is a way that you can make a payment plan.

No, you cannot. Back taxes to the state, local or federal government are not eliminated in bankruptcy. Neither are child support and federally insured student loans.

This debt would be included in bankruptcy and would be discharged, meaning you would no longer owe it, when the bankruptcy is complete. This does not mean that it isn't at least partially paid either through monthly payments, ch. 13, or liquidation of your assets in a ch. 7.

Nope. The government does not allow for release of tax liability through bankruptcy. The best you can do is work an "offer in Compromise" to reduce or eliminate this debt.

No you are not able to do that. Money owed to the federal government like taxes or student loans are not dischargeable by bankruptcy.
