You might be able to if you spend a lot of money on a good lawyer. Otherwise, you're probably still going to have to pay the fine.

No, a ticket doesn't have to do with your birth date. You could just then be blamed and punished for lying.

Once I got a speeding ticket with the wrong date on it and the charge was dropped. It really depends on the judge. Some are sticklers for exact information. I think your chances are pretty good if you feel in the end that it is worth going to court.

You can not get out of a ticket if your birth date is wrong, however you can always try to argue the point with the judge. If your signature is on the ticket, then you are liable for the penalty.

Generally, you cannot. Although laws vary by state, most states will allow the officer to testify that it is really you and that the birth date is a clerical error.
