No. Mononucleosis is spread through saliva, so unless the person administering the test has mononucleosis and you exchange of saliva with that person, you will not get mononucleosis from a blood test. Also, if you are having a blood test done, you are probably at a health care facility with practices designed to keep patients and staff from exchanging diseases.

A blood test alone won't cause you to get mononucleosis. But if the person giving you the blood test is infected, then yes, you could very easily be infected yourself.

It's not impossible, but not very likely. Mono is passed through fluid contact, so if the person giving you the blood test spat in your mouth or you shared a beverage with them, then you could have contracted it. Just touching you would not be enough.
