No you cannot get a skin tag on your tongue because you do not have skin on your tongue. You can get taste buds that get enlarged. The dentist can remove them.

No it's impossible for a skin tag to form on your tongue. As there are no upper layers of the skin to form calluses or blisters. The tongue is moist and more an exposed muscle than skin and thus does not have the same properties as external layers of flesh.

Skin tags usually occur where your clothing has rubbed an area of the skin so your tongue most likely won't get one.

It is possible to get a skin tag on your tongue. In order to prevent yourself from biting the tag you can try sucking on hard candy or chewing gum. Gargling with salt water can help heal the tag.
