No you can't. Rashes are strictly skin irritation. Stomachs are basically just a holding sack made out of different material than your skin.

I don't think you can a rash on an internal organ but if you call the doctor they would be able to tell you riht away. As far as what it would feel like if it could happen only a person that has had it happen could give you the correct answer to that one.
