In a way, you can feel the soreness related to this, and in the stomach it can cause a queezy feeling, but you will not feel a bleeding sensations exactly. If you have suspicions of internal bleeding, you should definitely go and get someone to take you to the hospital.

It depends on what part of the body you are bleeding from/into. Though a majority of the time, you will feel pain. If you feel weak, a loss of vision, or other signs something is wrong, you could be bleeding internally.

Not in the sense of feeling the bleeding itself. Internal bleeding is, however, associated with pain. Depending on the origin of the bleeding you may experience headache, dizziness, weakness, shortness of breath, vomiting, blood in urine, excessive bruising, muscle pain, intense joint pain. So while the letting of blood itself is not felt, the associated symptoms certainly are.

Yes depending on how much blood is present in the area,if there is a great amount of blood it can lead to shock. In some cases of internal bleeding such as intracranial bleeding or intra-abdominal there is a significant amount of pain present. Bruising is also a type of internal bleeding that usually happens after an injury.
