Most minor joint issues are waiverable; but waivers cannot be issued in instances where the potential recruit has been previously diagnosed with chronic osteoarthritis or traumatic arthritis.

Because of the medical implications related to any form of arthritis, it is very unlikely you can join any branch of the military.

No, any body, suffering with the disease 'Arthritis', can not get enlisted in the United State Air Force. As it is a very challenging job, it requires each and every member, to be physically, mentally and medically fit.
