Most computers now come with Microsoft Office installed. You can go to the document creator and then there is an icon in the far left that say documents online. You can then type in your search for "corporate minutes" to get many great and easy to change templates that will be useful for you.

MicroSoft Office has several corporate minutes templates within the business templates. There are more than a dozen formats to choose from with different layouts and graphics. The best formats are very simple. You can find a variety of examples of meeting minutes online, then choose the features that would work best for your boss.
