Tyelonl PM does not cause high blood pressure. In fact, if anything it causes hypotension (which is low blood pressure) due to side effects from the diphenhydramine.

Tylenol PM is a combination of both acetaminophen and diphenhydramine, neither of which have been medically linked to causing an increase in blood pressure. There are many factors and drugs that can increase the blood pressure, so it is better to be seen by a physician and notify them of all drugs you take, including those over the counter.

Yes it can do this. I would recommend that you make a appointment to talk about what is going on with you family doctor. Better safe than sorry is how I feel.

Sure it can. Tylenol is one of the most powerful drugs on market at the moment and it has several side effects, one of them being high blood pressure. Stop taking these pills and see what happens.
