If your girlfriends cervical dysplasia is aquired and not congential (she got it from something and wasn't born with it) then yes you can get HPV. HPV is asymptomatic in men but you could spread it to future partners.

Cervical dysplasia is most commonly caused by human papilloma viruses, so it's very likely that you can contract it from her if you are not all ready infected.

If your girlfriend has HPV, she is a carrier for life. If she has had HPV, she can spread it to you now. However, not all cervical dysplasia is caused by Human papillomavirus - this can be caused by other infections or natural mutation. You cannot get HPV from mutated cells, if she does not have HPV.

Which came first, the chicken or the egg? HPV can be a cause of cervical dysplasia, HOWEVER, not all cervical dysplasia is caused by HPV. If you are unsure of your girlfriend's STD status, you need to be practicing safe sex. She needs to follow up with her doctor.
