Review your discharge and see how it defines your separation, whether it falls under honorable or dishonorable. You can request a change of a dishonorable discharge by completing "Application for the Review of Discharge From the Armed Forces of the United States" DD293, which is a long, long shot. Talk to a USMC recruiter.

Your ability to enlist in the Marines following a chapter 10 discharge from the army depends on quite a few variables. Specifically you need to know what your reenlistment eligibility is. It is possible that the situation you were discharged under prohibits you from joining other services as well. You need to talk to your army counselor or marine recruiter.
