You can change it only if you are quick about it. The normal healing time takes 6 to 8 weeks for the complete process and jewelry needs to remain inside during that time. The piercer uses jewelry made of certain metals that are least likely to irritate the area, so you should use the same.

Generally, this is going to depend on how well and how quickly your body heals. Two months of healing is likely okay for most septum piercings; however, if you've had an especially arduous healing (lots of irritation, issues with hypertrophic scarring, etc. ), you may want to wait until all of those have cleared up to change jewelry.

If you can comfortably move the jewelry you have in now, I think it's safe to put in new jewelery.

Yes, usually the piercing artist will tell you how long it takes to heal, usually it takes between 4-6 weeks to heal, so 2 months should be good.

Yes, you can. But if you want to change it with a bigger one, i suggest you should wait, so that you don't force your septum too much. The recommended period would be 6 months.

Yes. Just remember that it may not be 100% healed (usually 8-10 weeks)so you run the risk of some swelling. Just be sure to clean the piercings and jewelry.
