While it is unlikely, it is possible to be pregnant and test negative after this procedure. This is done to remove all "products of conception" so, while unlikely, it IS possible that the procedure was not completed properly. A blood pregnancy test should show the level, if any, hcg (pregnancy hormone) in your system.

No because when you are pregnant, your body puts off a hormone which is what a pregnancy test is testing for, it test for levels of that hormone in your urine. The only way it is possible is, very rarely, your body may be putting off such a low concentration of the hormone that the test cannot detect it.

It depends on if you've been sexually active since the D&C. If you've had sex since then, then yes, it's quite possible that you tested too early. If not, staying pregnant after a D&C is unlikely, but can happen in rare instances. If you're having symptoms leading you to believe you're still pregnant, you should see your doctor right away.

It is highly unlikely. D&C procedure is done to evacuate the products of conception. It terminates the pregnancy. To be sure about the pregnancy beta hcg levels can be checked.

Dilation and curettage is done to remove products of conception. If a woman have been sexually active after this procedure, then it is possible for a woman to be pregnant.

It's always possible to be pregnant even after a negative result. Schedule a ultrasound if you feel your pregnant and you will find out that way.
