I wouldnt give a dog any kind of human medication without first consulting a vet. You dont know what doses they should have and giving them too much could be lethal. Just call a vet office and they can let you know what to do.

In General Naproxen can be used in dogs, But it is contraindicated in dogs that have kidney problems. Do not give the drug, go to the vet.

The answer to your question is yes, however, you should consult with a vet first, because it is true that ibuprofen can cause kidney damage to your dog. Naproxin is toxic to dogs if certain doses are exceeded.

No, do not give any dogs medication that is for humans. There are drugs that humans and animals share but without talking to your vet, refrain from giving any medication.

It's dangerous to administer Naproxen to a dog. It can easily exceed toxic levels in the dog's system. You can give the dog ulcers or kidney faliure.
