Unfortunately, no. The body uses calcium in many functions, but the calcium itself isn't medication. Using calcium can make some of the bodily functions better, or in general terms stronger, but I don't believe, nor there is any facts proving it can cure cancer.

There has not been any concrete evidence that cancer can be cured by calcium. As of date, the only know cure for some forms of cancer is the traditional chemotherapy / radiation treatments.

The conclusion of a government run study suggests that supplemental calcium plus Vitamin D reduces all-cancer risk in postmenopausal women. Results from studies to prove that calcium can help reduce the risk of other cancers is inconclusive because results have not been consistent. Check with your doctor and research cancer trials often.

There is no scientific evidence that calcium alone can cure cancer. Calcium is necessary for cell growth in normal tissue.
