Anything with high acidity can cause tooth sensitivity. Some alcohol has high acidity so, it can cause tooth sensitivity. Also, consumption of too much alcohol can result in tooth loss.

There are a lot of mouthwashes that contain alcohol. As far as directly causing tooth sensitivity, no. Such things like dehydration can cause tooth sensitivity. Alcohol can cause dehydration.
