Though it is rare for rabbits, any mammal can get fleas. Usually a rabbit will pick up fleas from another household pet such as a dog or cat who has them.

Like any other warm blooded animal rabbits can suffer from flea infestations. Your pet rabbits need to be checked for flea infestations and treated in the same way you would treat a dog or cat.
