Yes a non-catholic can attend services in a catholic church. If you aren't catholic you aren't supposed to take Holy Communion in the Catholic Church.

Yes, a non-catholic may attend services at a catholic church, but they are not permitted to participate in the sacrement portion of the service.

Of course. I used to spend every Christmas at church with my parents, despite not being catholic. You should make sure you are courteous and respectful. It is not appropriate to participate in the communion host.
