Some people think of a marriage as a union of two souls, so if you are one of the people who thinks in such a way then yes a husband could hold his wife's soul, however it really depends on the people and the situation. Not everyone believes marriage to work like that.

A husband can have his wife soul tie as this can be considered good soul tie and such soul tie i would consider it heavenly.
