The dog can enter Brazil with proof of up-to-date immunizations and a clean bill of health from you veterinarian. The UK is different: you must update the rabies vaccine just before leaving. When you arrive in the UK, the dog will be quarantined for 90 days.

Brazilian Customs says that youll need the following: A Sanitary Certificate, Rabies Vacc record, and in the last 30 to 40 days no contagious disease were found. All have to be sing by your vet, the USDA and Brazilian Consulat. UK has a long check list that most dogs dont meet and end up in a 6 month quarantine hold.

Yes, but it's going to be more trouble that it's worth. You would have to pay several hundred dollars for plane tickets and you would have to get a health check on the dog. The biggest problem is that most countries will make you put your dog into quarantine for a long time. Probably longer than your whole trip.

Yes. Get required permissions from concerned authorities / government. Get your dog check from your vet. Prefer pet's flight if possible.

To the UK your dog has to pass the British Pet Passport requirements (like blood test, microchip,.. ). To Brazil isn't as strict, but still need some documents (about vaccination,... ).
