Revocable trusts are designed to avoid any probate process. The trust is under the rule of the granter. Since it is a living trust and the granter is still a live all of the decisions for the trust are made by the granter. To sell property out of a living trust you would first have get permission from the granter.

The neatest and most effecient way to sell your share of the trust is to sell to another memeber of the existing trust. This is the most legal straightforward way to sell a share in a trust.

Well it's complicated. You should talk to your financial advisor to see which option you can exercise as you are part of trust.

Only when the trustor has passed away, can the trustees transfer title of any of the assets to the beneficiaries, who can then dispose of the assets as they wish.
