Are there natural teeth whiteners that I can use instead of lasers or that awful gel?

Baking Soda. It doesn't taste the greatest alone but if you put it on the top of your toothpaste when you brush your teeth it tastes just fine. After time it will start to whiten your teeth. It works just as good as those brush on teeth whitening gels.

A natural alternative to harmful chemical whiteners is baking soda. It is a natural product that helps to remove stains from coffee, tea, and even tobacco. Results can be seen in a few uses, but do not use it too often, as it can harm the enamel of your teeth.

Baking soda and peroxide are natural whiteners. You can use baking soda in place of toothpaste and it will also cure bad breath. You can also rinse your mouth out with peroxide after brushing. You shouldn't use it straight, though because hydrogen peroxide can burn you, so make sure to either dilute it yourself or buy a diluted solution.
