I have done extensive research on this and have talked to several doctors. Most of them all seem to agree with the same basic thing. There are no treatments, medications, or any type of medicine that will completely cure endometreosis; The only things that help are pregnancy or a complete hysterectomy, which actually removes the entire problem.

Most common treatment options for 'Endometriosis' are hormones or surgery (sometimes combined). If these treatments are not helping alternatives such as herbs, homeopathy, nutritional changes, and acupuncture should be considered.

At this time there are not any effective treatments for endo. The best thing to do is have a lap every so often until you are old enough to get a hysterectomy. Even birth control only subdues it. Once you stop taking birth control it comes back in full force. Birth control can also cause cysts.
