Are there DVD recorders with a built-in hard drive?

The DVD/HDD recorders can record to DVD disk or a hard drive. The hard drives range in storage capacity from 40GB to 400GB and can store many video programs. The DVD/HDD recorders cost more than the DVD recorders that only record on disk.

Not that I know of. Most DVD recorders don't have a built in hard drive. You have to load the files onto the hard drive later.

I don't think so. For the most part, you cannot record a live TV show using your DVD player. If you're talking about computers, than there could be recorders.

NO, Hard Drive is the one that is installed inside of your computer that stores files, pictures, datas, videos, audios, applications, programs and more, while DVD recorders can be found in front surface of the desktop or at the sides of laptops which can be opened and put DVD disk were you can burn or read data's movies and musics
