There are minor variations in the color of blood plasma. For clarity's sake, plasma is the fluid in which the blood cells are suspended and tends to have a pale yellow color. Shortly after a meal, particularly when it is high in fat, the plasma can take on a milky white color. This is the fat your body has absorbed.
