In general there are not cars built specifically for someone of that height, some cars do offer more space than others, so it's a case of test driving.
Sorry, there is no production car designed specifically for taller people, but the ones that might fit best include the Dodge Charger, Nissan Cube, Volvo S70, or Chevrolet Avalanche.
I have found that some cars have more head room then others. My husband is 6'4 and he ride great in a Subaru Forester, but has a problem with the Outback. I suggest that he should try before he buys and see how far the seat adjusts up and down and back and forth.
No cars are no made for tall people only. Every one can drive them and can enjoy. They are not specially for tall people but sometime they can be use for tall people the people who can not walk and have a height like your father then at that time we can say that they are made for them.
