The 1995 Civic is a very reliable car, the only poblem that is common with this vehicle is the water pump needs to be replaced at about 100,000 miles. When you replace the water pump be sure to replace the timing belt.

yes, any non american made car has lots of problems as they are made so many at a time that they do not have the quality as american made cars, first off civics can be unlocked and started even if you have a key from someone elses car so at anytime it can be stolen thats def a major problem

There are really no major problems with the Honda Civic. Regular maintenance will be good. One thing you need to remember is the the water pump and timing belt should be replaced at the same time and usually around 100,00 miles. As long as you check all of your fluids and do regular maintenance it will last a long time.

from personal experience hondas are one of the most reliable vehicles produced. With just regular maintenance, at the provided intervals they will run forever. I put over 240,000 miles on my civic.
