Gout is caused when there is a buildup of uric acid in the blood and tissues. Eating more fresh fruits and vegetables and a less acidic diet can help relieve symptoms. So, that said; eating fresh fruits such as apples, bananas, celery, carrots, lettuce and even healthy pasta salads. Also, more mild exercise such as walking will definitely help.

Believe it or not, herbs are not quite the best answer. Try drinking natural unsweetened cherry or blueberry juice. This will help circulation and inflammation.
