Obsessive compulsive disorder is a serious disease that cannot in any way be treated with holistic medicine or herbs. This must be treated by a licensed medical doctor and serious perscription medication.

White chestnut extract helps with the repetative rituals. 10 drops with water each day. 3. lycopodium clavatum also helps with anxiety. 3 drops in a glass of water daily.

There are herbs that support a healthier lifestyle, but cannot target the OCD specifically. Try one of these, Kava Kava, St. Johan's Wort or Ginko Biloba.
