Absolutely. They are just outside of Cancun, Mexico, and if you have ever been there, you know it is beautiful. The area of the ruins is more beautiful. They are also easy to get to. So, if you realize that they were not your cup of tea, you won't feel cheated. BI doubt yo will anyways

Any time you get the opportunity to visit Mayan ruins, you need to take it. Tulum is located right on the coast of the Caribbean, on the Yucatan peninsula. A beautiful sight, and quite haunting too. Be sure and check out the archeological dig that's going on at the site, too.

The Mayan ruins of Tulum are worth the trip if the ruins were not enough the beaches are beautiful and tranquil. Turquoise water and the ruins overlooking the hot beaches.

Tulum is admittedly not the same place now that the Mexican government doesn't let you climb on the ruins, but the structures are visually stunning to see and the nearby beach is a bonus. I would not pass it up.

Absolutely! Where else will you have the experience to see those ruins if you are on that side of Mexico?

Yes, it is absolutely worth every penny! If you are going there, do not forget to visit the Ruins. For me it is the best place over there. There is also a beach nearby.

Yes, it's worth the trip to Tulum. Far under rated and still not so touristy, you can take a local bus from Merida or Cancun to get there and stay.
