They say NOT to use a tanning bed while you are pregnant. Having said that, if you just found out you are pregnant you are likely not far along enough to have done harm to your little one. I am sure your little one is fine but if you have concerns discuss them with your doctor.

No. They are not so good for your baby. The UV rays are harmful to your baby as well as yourself. Don't sweat it that you used one before. Just don't use it in the future.

I would think that tanning beds are not safe during preganancy because its not that safe when you tan by yourself! I would think that the uv rays from the tanning bed would be harmful to the baby! I tan on a regular basis and everyone tells me how dangerous it is just for me! I would wait!

They are not good for pregnant Women so stop all use of tanning beds. It's quite possible that you haven't hurt the baby. Don't beat yourself up about it. You had no clue you were pregnant.

Tanning beds are not safe for anyone. Tanning beds have shown to increase your risk of developing skin cancer. It is always a good idea to refrain from any activities that have not been proven to be safe during pregnancy. If it's not safe for you, it's not safe for your fetus.

If you were going before you found out, everything should be fine. You should stop going immediately though. It can raise your core temperature to unsafe levels for the baby.
